We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to respond fully within 20 working days, explaining what happened and what we will do.
If you remain unhappy, you can escalate to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS) or contact the Care Quality Commission. Full escalation details to be added.
